My love for fitness grew out of a passion for snowboarding and mountain sports. I loved how so many different elements of human movement could come together and work to move throughout the environment in such an incredible way. The sport of fitness is an outlet that can help anyone of any level explore these elements. I am excited to work with all of you as we help each other continue to grow and learn about this physical culture. It truly is my passion.
