What is Heavy Metal Class??

Heavy Metal Class is all about unleashing your strength! In this class we will work within 75%-95% of YOUR 1RM, one rep max. This class is designed to empower you as a lifter, athlete, and human being. This is all about developing strength, power, speed, and lifting HEAVY!

We focus on the classic powerlifting movements like the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift and we will utilize accommodating resistance like attaching bands and chains to the barbell. This class is no stranger to Strongman related lifts like stone shouldering, sled pulling, and HEAVY dumbbells.

Bottom line if you want to be an absolute monster, listen to loud METAL, AND LIFT HEAVY GIVE ME A HELL YEAH!
