Jen frequently works with CrossFit athletes for increased flexibility, strength, and to aid in ranges of motion. Jen also works to create rounded athletes by emphasizing balance and coordination, two skills necessary to be successful in CrossFit. Jen’s teaching style is motivating, supportive, and she loves to sweat.
